Ok i am new at this but i have a decent pair of 6x9s hook into a 400 watt amp. All was working and good until.it just stopped working.. The amp is on and getting power but only a low level volume of sound coming out. I changed the rca wires and checked all grounds and nothing seems to help.. I also changed to another and and its the same result.. Please help me

Sorry the amp is a california 400 watt and the head unit is a dual xd1222.. I tried using new rca cords a new ground and also a new head unit and still no power from the amp but still power to the amp
