yeah that pioneer does over rated., u could also get soundqubed 1250 should do 1300rms $179, at least u have warranty.. the nicer amps u are looking for probably be more like $300 used.. u can get this for $279 new it's korean board SSA Store - Wolfram W-1500.1 Mono Block
