Wire both subs together down to .5 ohm into the amp. The amp accepts inputs for each sub individually but internally runs them together to make it a single channel.

Signal flow should be HU to DSP to amps. You would lose the ability to EQ and time align the sub with the DSP unit if you bypassed the DSP.
