Zv4 18 or nightshade v3 18

Thinking of switching from my sp4 15 to either a zv4 18 or nightshade v3 18. My question is will there even be a real big difference between the two? Is the night shade that much better than the zv4 or should I save the $200 and go with the zv4. I will have a crescendo bc3500 to power either one. If anybody has used either of these please chime in and tell me wha you think because I've never heard any sundown subs besides my old sa 8. Thanks for the help guys
