Zoraki 9mm Blank Gun

This is NOT a real gun. It is a blank gun and cannot EVER be converted to fire live ammunition. This one vents from the barrel instead of the top. Looks real and has the same weight as a real subcompact pistol.

The rules say no weapons so this should be fine. However, I will only sell this if your 18 or older. Adult signature will be required upon delivery.

These are completely legal and comply with all federal laws.

It fires 9mm blanks and is loud as hell.

Its for reenactments, collecting, personal defense if you truly think the sight of it would scare off an attacker....and if that doesnt hopefully the noise from it would....same thing with home defense. Just hope the guy isnt nuts or has a actual weapon.

It states no guns, where one would assume they mean actual firearms. Considering I see plenty of airsoft and paintball GUNS for sale when I search then that there tells me that its not against the rules. Thanks for the post but you should have kept it to pm's and done a little research first. I looked very carefully at the rules and I searched to see if other guns were sold and the only kind I didnt find allowed were actual firearms.

This gun is less dangerous than a airsoft or paintball gun and since those are allowed to be sold theres no reason why this shouldnt.

this isn't really a gun...its more like a toy...no diffrent from paintball stuff I see for sale on here from time to time...this doesn't have to be registered if you buy it....like an actual gun would....

The problem with guns are that you need to ship to an FFL. A blank or reproduction non firing ''gun'' is not needed to be shipped to an FFL so is legal to sell over the internet.

I do not know how it works in Louisiana but here, and in most states, there are no gun registration laws.

I would never live in a state that requires registering your guns.

There are at least 50 guns for sale every Sunday at the local flea market I go to.

You need to have any serialized firearm (or device classified as a firearm) delivered to an FFL or manufacture. If it's a used firearm you can legally ship it to a manufacture and they can ship directly to you, if it's new you need to get it shipped to a FFL for you to pick it up from. It makes zero sense to me but that is the law. Most states don't require you to register the fire arm if bought 3rd party, if you buy at a dealer you usually end up registering it.

If I cut the barrel down by even 1 inch on my AK rifles (which I would never do) Federal Prison Time

If I buy an AK pistol (which comes with a shorter barrel) and install my butt stock from one of my rifles on it Federal Prison Time

They are both the same gun, just with different barrels and butt stocks (stupid laws)

There are many more stupid gun laws - many many more

I've got an AK and an AR, I am trying to find some one to engrave a lower receiver for me so I can run a 10'' barrel for a suppressor host. I'll probably end up buying an AR pistol and have it engraved and taxed then add a stock to it.

You know with a Stamp they (the government) can come to your house anytime they want and ask to inspect it.

I would never give up that much of my rights.
