lol, im not saying there is anything wrong with vinyl, but if youre going to go around bragging about how "baller" you are and how you have $200k worth of houses... better not have any half assed materials in there...

id rather have a smaller house that looks good, than a larger house (or two of them) with cheap *** finishes and what not.

if i were to drop $200k on a house, id expect stone or coriancontertops and either hardwood and tile flooring. i dont want any carpet or vinyl.

I've had one of the houses for 10 years...the other about a year....I'd rather have a couple of older houses paid for than something I have to pay notes on and be in debt too...people are loosing homes all the time...because they can't make the payments...I work on mine as I can pay for remodeling...It all comes out of my pocket....no banks...no family no one to help....So at least for the most part everything I own is paid for //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

My uncle is a mathematics / computer science professor and does military work on AI programming and fuzzy logic... but he likes to tell people he's a Wal-Mart greeter *laughs*
