The videos are made to look spontaneous but all the shots were probably setup beforehand and rehearsed before actually being attempted. Judging by the soundtrack, the guy is probably a student of David Belle and not just some kid who tried to pick up parkour on their own. I bet everything you see in the video was practiced over and over in a gym before they even hit the street.
