your opinion on PA FUBR's

friends got them in his car, i helped him tune them but he's still not happy. i have no clue what to expect from this subwoofer. im not sure how much powers going to it. just looking for a general concensus on the subwoofer itself. im not sure what he expects from a sealed box either. but whatever

Most people around here are going to tell you that they sound like pure ***, but I have done several installations with them and have had quite a few satisfied customers. I tuned around 32 Hz on every installation.

yes, heard them yesterday. im going to have to agree. i told him flat out they were never going to sound good. i believe he has come to terms with it

they aren't proclaimed to be sq subs, but they sound good for the money you spend on them... especially sealed

I have heard a few setups with these and they all sucked ***, period!

The spl sounded like loud farts in each car and the sq was some of the worst I have heard and I have heard some pretty shitty subs.
