ok prolly wondering. WTF:rolleyes:

My exaust blew up on me about 2 weeks ago. I ended up replacing it today so that I could get it thru inspection. n e way it was LOUD. i mean real LOUD:eyebrow: me and my buddy the other day were playing aroun on the TL so we decided to try my muffler out (i never guessed it would register nor be this loud)

The mic was placed near the rear back door about a foot away from the muffler. at about 6000 RPM's i was at a steady 128.x.. wich is loud but then i let off the gas and when the muffler rumbled it jumped to a 131.4

this was funny so i thought id shgare. no video sorry but heres a pic of the score n the muffler. lol... sorry camera fone:crap:

Orion 2500d soon to come, along with different subs..... 2 18" MT's perhaps:naughty: .

Try and contain your laughter........ From the trunk of my 01 Nissan Maxima I managed a 139.8 on the TL @ 41Hz. The meter was placed 12" from the a-pilar and 4" from the dash on the front window. All doors were closed and windows were up. I am now obsessing about getting a 40 or above while remaining a solid daily.
As for my equipment, 2-12" TDX's powered by a D61500.1. 4.25cf before displacement, tuned to 32Hz.

I picked up some MDF today so I can move my amps and mount them in an alternate location in order to experiment with the orientation of the box. I am open to suggestions. I also have 6 bulk packs of Stinger Extreme Roadkill installed and a second YellowTop in the car. Maybe my car just isn't meant to be an SPL monster? :dunno:
must be something wrong wtih the box. ive seen a single 12" tdx hit 143 in an box built for SQ with only 700 watts. you might wanna check the specs on diamondaudios website. they have box building specs
