Got this for free from my neighbor. Its a dual 2ohm 15" 06L5. I belive 750RMS. He joined the airforce, and gave it to me. He never used it. Checked out the VC's, they read 2.5 ohm. Everything on it is MINT (a few scuffs around the edges, purely cosmetic). So... What amp do you suggest? Approx 350 dollar budget. Also I need box specs. This is for daily. No comps. I want it loud and low. 4.5 cubes @ 34hz sound ok? Considering i was doing 135 on music with an 04L7 on only 300 watts with a bad battery, im hoping to be closer to 140 with 750 watts since ive fixed my voltage problems. My car seems to resonate very well, so pulling high numbers in this trunk car isnt hard at all.

none. im just saying, from experience, and from what ive seen. if i can do 135 with a single 10 on 300 watts in a trunk car, it obviously resonates alot. just saying... i dont think ill have a hard time pulling high numbers w/ my car.

the car is a 1997 monte carlo. BIG trunk, seats fold down.

I would do 4.5-5 cubes tuned to 35, me personally.

oh and for the amp, for an l5 I would just buy something cheap... maybe hifonics or something, that puts out around 800 watts at 1 ohm. Remember you can always get soemthing around 1000-1200 and just keep the gains low, and u'll have a little room in case you ever upgrade.

i did a 145.7 with a single 15" L7 in 03.....if you do it right it will get loud.....not really in a trunk tho. where you from? maybe i can help....

thats pretty close to what i was doing. do you really thing 1hz would make that much difference?
