skip ups packing... here's what you do:

find 2 boxes for double boxing and make sure the smallest box is bigger than the battery.

roll that sucker over and over in bubble wrap and stuff it in the boxes. should cost about $35ish to ship.

just put a priority mail lable on top of the battery and bring it to the post office...i've shipped two that way with no problems....

i'd still pay shipping and you could ship it by cutting up a 4x8 styrofoam sheet from home depot/lowes($6) into squares and fill them on all sides of a box. like this
