14 3/8 for flush mount I believe..

by the way, i'm trying to flush mount the sub

i find the 12 spoke baskets to be almost exactly 1" under cone diameter for a nice snug fit, ie: 14" cutout for the 15. at 1/8 over the sub has a little wiggle room that i don't like....my $.02

thanks, trying to get an exact measurement though, want it to look good.
