XS power D2700 in a Silverado?

As luck would have it, I kind of fell into a 02 extd cab Silverado. I just finished my build on my Cherokee, but I had to trade it in on the truck. Oh well. I would like to use my d2700, but the stock battery location takes a group 34. My 2700 is about an inch to long. I'm trying to think of a way to fit it under the hood, but I don't think it's going to happen. The sub box will be under the back seat so there is no room there. Any ideas? I'd hate not using a 300 dollar battery, and I definitely can't afford to purchase a 3400 right now. I thought about mounting it right behind the driver's seat, but I'd rather keep everything out of sight.

The stock tray is between the fender and I believe the ECU. I don't know if the ECU could possibly be moved. I don't want to mess up anything.

that is the same body style as meades tahoe, and he has a 3100 under the hood I think.
