XS for performance, DieHard for warranty/convenience. Although performance differences between the three will be minimal

This. I've used a few d3100's and they are champs when abused by big amps. I can't see a d3100 dying and needing a warranty replacement, they are solid as ****.

Chances are to the ear you won't hear a difference. If the warranty is a big deal to you, get the die hards. I was opposed to that route until BigSix mentioned they are rebadged odysseys....which are just as good batts.

If possible(and funds available), stick with car audio branded batteries, deadeners, wires and such. They are the people that support the car audio industry. You won't see Kmart(Sears), Sam's Club, or Airgas sponsoring the dBdrag finals or ever having anything to do with a local audio show. If nobody supports the car audio brands, they can't support us. Of coarse I'm a cheapskate and would probably go with the best bang for the buck myself so I'm a hypocrite... but you should listen to me...
