XD3000, and 9512G=Loud

Hello, i just bought a 9512G, and i am wondering if it should get as loud as my old 13w7 setup....... I am gonna contact the Mobil Audio Concepts place today about a box, thats the place Pete K. is designing for now. Anyhow I will have it hooked up to my amp, an american bass xd3000, and will be installing it into my truck within the next week or so.

Opinions...'

It sound be a HELL OF ALOT LOUDER.Remember u want it tuned @40hz no matter what the shop says.Build the box to dd specs it works.

If it doesn't get twice as loud to your ear then somethings wrong with the install, that is if that amp does rated power, I don't know anything about it.

I've only heard one 13w7 in a sealed box and I was running a single HD315 at the time in a ported box. Mine was MUCH louder, so much louder that the 13w7 owner bought a DD9515 the next week...

Cool deal....thanks for the imput.

And the 13w7's get a LOT louder in a ported box than they are in a sealed box....i ran mine both ways.....
