xbox live

You might want to hook your 360 into a router or buy the wireless adapter if that's out of the question. That's all it takes from what I recall...The 360 should guide you through the rest of the process.

Pick up that guy (same model number...write* it down)

It's cheaper than the wired one, and it'll do what you need. You WILL need to set up a password for the wireless internet so no one can steal it from you...

then just plug the modem (cord in the back of your computer right now) into the router, then have a cord go to the computer and one to the 360.

You also need to set up 3 ports (software in the router) to allow you to have an open NAT:

The following ports must be available for Xbox Live to operate correctly:

• UDP 88

• UDP 3074

• TCP 3074

If you need more help my IM stuff is in my sig.

X2. Same setup I did

I used to have this setup...now I don't have my own inet so I'm going to buy a router and change the firmware so I can make it an access point so I have LIVE myself //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Or I could just buy a wireless adapter for the 360 but at 100 bucks that's too much.
