Is there any way to tell what dvdrom drive is in it ? I can mod 360's but they must have a toshiba DVDrom .. If you can tell and this has one i will almost for sure buy it

If you cant see it the diffrence is 3 holes in the dvdrom tray . .. I need the one WITHOUT the holes .

Sure you can. You can do it without a reciept also. I do it all the time. I've actually took back a video card that I had for 2 years and got the money back. Just don't take no for an answer lol.
