technically it is a premium as it has the chrome bezel.Plus I don't think you can find one with a hd for this price.

Technically no it isnt because a premium comes with a hard drive...are you trying to tell me that the chorme bezel makes it more of a premium than a hard drive? do you seriously think a chrome piece of plastic is more important than a hard drive? and actually, you see real premium 360s go for $230 all day long.

but that fine, I will find one somewhere else.

By RODs do you mean the RLODs? If so they're not easy to fix considering you have to rip the 360 completely apart. I've done two and I'd put it at 1-2 hours of work depending on if you've done it or not. If you've never done a mod or fix to one yet expect a lot more time and possibly never. I wouldn't recommend it unless it's out of warranty.

yea they are, ship it to microsoft...very easy fix if you ask me...
