yes it has an hdmi, yes I take pay pal, and the only thing is the fan is kind of loud but you cant barley even notice it. My nephew bought it after he left basic training when he went to ait he barley played it and now he is going to sf selection or iraq so he will be gone for a while and is trying to get rid of alot of his stuff.

lawl **** gamestop one time my friend went in there to see what they would give him for his xbox back in the days they were actually going to charge him more money to fix the game then they would give him..(the games were near flawless) and all the games my other friends have bought from there ended up not working right out of the box or down the road
