If you want to avoid the fees why not accept check or money order?

And if you are afraid of ppl bouncing checks then why not accept cashiers checks or cash?

You're right, he's not supposed to ask for the buy to cover PayPal fee's but it isn't illegal just against paypal rules. And it's his choice not to accept checks they are to easy to fake and if it bounces then he is screwed. For the cash all I have to say is you have to be a complete moron to be willing to accept cash or send cash through the mail. Anyways, I figured I'd bump this for you since it's a good price.
