About 2 years old or so and used a lot but works like new and never freezes or gets the red light of death. Looks like new on the outside besides some dust. Comes with 360, controller, and the cables need to play "rca". I think it has only been out two years this xmas, I could be wrong but I got mine when they came out and it's been 2 years I think. So you should have one year left.

Yeah, pretty sure the 360 hasnt been out 3 yrs yet, so currently all units should be covered in the event of RoD

considering he wants the HDMI version, I would assume no, but it would come with all of the regular inputs if thats the case
