WTT: very nice 24's for oem 20's

I wanna do a straight-up trade of my symbolic sl-9 24's with kumho ecsta-stx tires (305/35/24) for GMC/CHEVY/CADILLAC 20's with rubber. 6-lug gm pattern.

Now...the reason I'm letting these go so cheap is because one has a crack on the inside of the lip(that has been cold-welded and holds air, but does leak very slowly needing more air about once a month to a month-and-a-half... it needs to be re-welded or eventually replaced), and the same rim also has a nice bit of curb-rash. It's not so visible in these pics, but trust me-it's there. So the good news is that only one would need replacing, and it's NOT a necessity.

Two of the others have slight curb-rash, but nothing too bad. All of the tires are in pretty good shape because I replaced 3 of them with the road-hazard warranty from discount tire within the last year or so.

They've been painted black and the lip is polished. I have two sets of center caps - one plain, and one with the chevy bowtie.

I'm looking for ANY gm factory CHROME or POLISHED 20's from like a tahoe, denali, silverado, escalade, etc. ANY CONDITION! 22's would be cool too, and I'd even add $ if they're nice enough!

Now, I'd prefer local, 'cause I have no idea how to ship these and I'm sure it won't be cheap. I'm in Michigan, but I'd go into ohio or windsor, canada a couple hours if necessary.

I've all but given up on trying to sell them, but I would sell them outright for $850 obo also. Lemme know...THX!

These pics were taken with my iphone //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif - when I can get a hold of a digi-cam, I'll take some more...

nice looking rims and ride, do they look bigger in person bc in pics rims always look 2" smaller or more than what they really are, like for my 2001 f150 2wd supercrew i am trying to decide between 24's and 26's

But nice rims

May I ask why you don't want the 24's anymore? Gas mileage or just personal preference? Not trying to grief or anything, just wondering. Normally I see people trying to get rims and get rid of their OEMs, not the other way around.

you're right... because to me in person, they look like they fit perfectly! I'm waiting for someone to say I need a drop, lol! I think 22's are too small, and 26's are too big:confused:...

There's a few reasons:

-Michigan roads ****!(That's how I got the crack in the one)

-Michigan weather sucks(I'm tired of taking them on/off two or three times a year)

-Michigan crime rate sucks(I have a family now and don't need the unwanted attention)...

yea i am the same way 22's too small and 26's on certain cars and certain 26's look good but 24's are just bout right for most cars
