I have a new heatsink Sundown 3000d that I would like to trade for an Incriminator 40.1 The 3000d is in great condition but doesn't have any warranty left and there isn't a bass knob either.

if you are wanting to run it daily i would get the d9 or the ia 40.1. from what i read the other 2 options are not so good for daily.

the 5750's are not bad.

If you remember Steves Tahoe from the show before he had the 2 D9's he had 2 5750' strapped at .9 off 3 15"s that shit was pretty nasty

I have a friend running the 5750.1 daily at 0.5 and he hasn't had any issues. The cheapest route for me would be the 40.1 so unless I can find a good trade I'll just go with that.
