WTT newer 360 w/ games for PS3

I have a new, barely used, premium 360. It is the newer 360's with the HDMI and falcon chips so they dont over heat or get the red rings. It is the premium 306 so it has the hard drive. I have 13 games ( ncaa football 08, nba live 08, nascar 08, halo 3, gears of war, forza 2, fight night round 3, moto gp 07, moto gp 06, the biggs, dirt, cabelas trophy, and test drive unlimited. I want to trade for a ps3, preferably with 2 controllers and games similar to what I have but not necessarily as many games.

I would possibly sell it out right, but I would really like to sell it all at one time so I dont get stuck with 360 games and I would want to have a ps3 in mind that I plan to buy. I really dont know how much to sell it for though. Those are all pretty much new games and the 360 is the newer version, got it after christmas.
