Because it's black, the HD helps too, plus it comes with the HDMI cables doesnt it?

The only difference between the Elite and the regular 360 package is the added storage capacity of the 120gb hard drive as opposed to the standard 20gb, a quieter dvd-rom, and a black case. Oh it might have on board wireless, I cant remember if thats true though.
