WTT: Copper buss bars or dual inputs for a really nice box! Subs or Amps

I work at a foundry and can get copper by asking/paying for it. Usually the longest I can get is 7 "-13" as most of stuff comes either HUGE or small. Not too much in between.

I want someone to build me a REALLY nice box. I already have Dbeez making the design and dimensions. Just looking for someone who wants to make a trade. It's cold here and I don't want to do it.

I want it painted with a glossy finish.

**Note all copper bars will not be the same size. We buy copper in bulk at work. It's not machined stock. It is just random cut pieces.**

My buddy is a CNC Programmer/Machinist. He made my front and rear buss bars. We haven't done dual inputs but that is not a problem.

Otherwise I can make the buss bars for $ but they won't be cheap. Or trade for 1500RMS subs 10 or 12".

Or big amps. I am looking for one 1k amp but cash will need to be added.

Im not being a smart asss, im just wondering why you wouldnt sell them for a reasonable price?? To help the other guys out that may would love tio have a set of copper buss bars from you??

because when my buddy machined mine. He said it was $200. If I were the one machining them it would be different. I only didn't get charged for obvious reasons. I am making this thread as a kind feeler. To see if anyone would be interested. Then I am going to ask him if is ok with maching some more.

Answered it above. And typing is getting annoying. because my keyboards O and P buttons are broken. I have to use an on screen keyboard to punch them in.

What is the sub? My buddy is the one looking for subs/amps

I have a Jl 10" w1, and actually I also got a JL500/1 v2 slash.

My buddy wants something bigger/power. He wants to replace his 2 10" 9500s.

And my brother has the 500/1. He is looking for an amp that does 1k @ 2 ohms.

Copper is very soft. So when he tapped the 8 holes. it took a while. because you have to go slowly. and go over it. It took him 4 hours just to do the rear 2. He did it on a manual press.And you have to remember. If he was mass producing these it would be cheap. Because then he would program a machine and have it tap the bars. But he is doing them by hand.
