im open to doing that as well, i sent an E-mail to TC Sounds/Audiopulse waiting to hear back.. It has a removable top assembly so not sure how that effects things.. i also have no idea how much a recone costs..

u can recone it with fi soft parts, i believe ur sub has 1inch slugs? i believe a night shade recone would work also but im not too sure.

would be cheaper and easier for u

so how does a recone work? I sen the sub to Fi and they do the work then send it back as a 12" ?

any idea how much that typically runs?

they can ship u the soft parts of a q for 85 shipped to u, or 85 plus shipping if they recone it.
