12" subwoofer, USD Audio by Speakerworks. Made in the USA, single 6 ohm (reads 5.6) VC, VC diameter is 2.5 or 3 inches. Old skool SQ for sure, these were it back in the day. One magnet has scratches, one is perfect. Cone and surrounds are perfect. Function 10/10. $150 shipped
