As the title says, I have a CF VR4000D with a fried power supply. The power supply will cost $300 but I don't have the money or energy to repair it myself. CF techs said they might be able to work out a deal with me to have it fixed cheaper than the $300.00. Going through CF will get you a new limited warranty as well. I already removed all other car audio equipment from my car as it is getting repossessed, so I have absolutely no desire to hold onto the amp. I should have the birth sheet still, it was rated at 4500w at 2ohms, 3600w at 4ohms. I have the bass knob as well. The amp was used lightly for 6 months with all electrical upgrades, I ran the amp for a single day. (the batteries slide during a turn and yanked out one of the positive wires which hit the negative terminal. I already paid local audio techs to open it and diagnose it. They are the ones who said I need a new power supply and quoted me $320.00 (with the $20.00 service fee for opening it up). I am open to offers but am looking for $220.00 shipped by paypal.
