I brought 2 phones up to school... one in case the other one dies.

Well, one died, and the other doesn't like to make outgoing calls.

So, I want a Cingular phone, preferably under $50.

i have a blackberry pearl ill sell you in the box with all accerories still in plastic. It the phone i was using and decided to 'cash' in on my phone insurance. Id sell either cause i only need one. But do to your price i can offer you the 3 months old one for 80 shipped with all the accesories,box,headset and ill just put the older phone in the new box. jlmk
