u dont need a mod chip...

just softmod it.

i used the mech assault install, worked perfect, i like unleashx better than evox, but u can put both of them on there.

if u need help just pm me i can help u through it.

the hardest part for me was getting the game save on my memory card since i have a action replay and the game save was game shark or vice versa.

But it was an easy fix

want to buy my modded xbox with 2 120gb HDD, smartXX v2 chip, lcd screen & some other things. all you would need to do is unlock the HDDs & swap all the parts to your xbox & bam you got a working one.

ah to each his own about softmodding or using a chip..

memory car was 10bux

mechassualt was like 1.50$

modchip varies but there more than 15$, LOL

And u have to open the box.

How do u not have a memory card, lol

-I still use mines though, it has my backup info on it.

-It would be more expensive to ship MA than it would be for u to goto gamecrazy or somewhere and buy it for 2$, lol

Also i have a gameshark mem card and had to change it to action replay..

All u gotta do is dl action replay utility on ur cp, plug in ur memory card and update the drivers(using device manager) and point to the action replay folder when updating. And whoilla ur gameshark is now action replay.
