i have an HDMI with rrod fix for 100 + Shipping.

uses 175w power supply and can be modded with extra cooling if interested.

if you do not have a 175w power supply this 360 is not for you

i will shave off to 100 shipped if you ship me your rrod 360 depending if it's HDMI or not.

edit, i'd do it for 75 shipped if you ship your depending on if it's HDMI or not.
