WTB/WTTF - US Cellular Android based phone

htc desire is a good phone, but we've had reception problems with it, like having zero bars where it should have full service. Id go with the mesmerize, or the lg optimus (entry level android phone but not a bad choice by any means) plus the optimus are only like $250 brand new in store, so you could probably get a used one online for around $100, oh and any android with 2.2 froyo will do the portable hotspot for tethering.

it says that the portable tethering hotspot stuff is an extra feature and will require another data plan on top of the one I need for the phone... that *****. What really ***** is that the Desire is $99 on uscc site right now, so I cant see myself spending what Whattha wants for his - maybe less if he is cool like that? If his specific phone will do wifi hot spot at no addt'l charge due to the s/w update/cracks then I may be in the market for it.

they can all tether without the package, but they'll turn your phone off if they catch you.

Yeah your right they are 99 bucks on there site with a new 2 year contract. Go look at em on ebay 500 bucks or more. Sure theres a few for 200 like me but not very many. Plus Im throwing in a $50 dollar otterbox come on you cant beat that.

thats true, you have a great deal, and I'd love to grab your phone - i did some research and it looks inviting. My issue is I'm trying to save up some $ for stereoz and even if I got the one from uscc and a new contract it would be tacked onto the bill and I'd not have to pay it for at least a month //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif the deferred payment is preferable! let me see what I can do, i have a few things to sell off, and a little $ in my stereo bank acct, maybe we can work something out.
