I haz a mmats 2000... I think its the 2 ohm version...not 100% sure, the sticker is missing and it says d2000 2.2 on the board

You can get a pair of Hifonics BRX1600D's for somewhere around 400, they do 1200@2 ohms each. eBay is a good place for them

don't think i'd get the full 1200 each out of them probably more like a 1000w each which is about 2000w the minimum of my sub.... would like to get a little more... maybe like a 2500

Yeah if that's the route I do decide to go I'm gonna sell the current XFL and get 2 dual 2 ohm XFLs, amps are rated at 1600W@1 ohm

yeah hifonics is alright that a hifonics amp i had on those subs in my sig, but for that 400 you could get a kicker 2500 which will probably outdo both those hifonics amps... or a rf 2500bd, out of my zrx2000 i got around 1600

Rf 2500bd's are waaaaay more than $400... They're closer to $900
