WTB/WTT thread rules

Kinda funny how quickly he went from "i think it was in the dome" to "it was in the dome", huh? As soon as he said "i think it was in the dome", I knew it wasn't.
I got another nut rider.. try to find some space. its crowded down there

Even if I believe you were scammed (which Im not saying I do), then it was your own naivety and lack of self protection that allowed the scam to occur. You claim to understand all the potential ways the rules can be broken, yet you also claim you got scammed because you assumed the guy must be legit because he followed the rules.
Post a link to the transaction. Im curious how this fellow forged his ref list, itrader status, and pics with his screen name on them.
Well for one, he didn't forge anything. He sent a poor packaged item that was "damaged in shipping".....and wouldn't give a full refund. And I thought he was legit at the time, because I didn't know any better than to look out for myself. The "rules" gave a false sense of security, and yes I was naive then, and am better prepared now to do my own homework. But it shouldn't come to that, relying on the rules and getting hooped, cause yer new and don't know better. The transaction wasn't posted, because this isn't caco.

I like itrader. People who've dealt with me put my name in their sig and forget about it. You think just because someone has a bunch of names in their sig it means they're a good person to deal with? I could go add a dozen names to mine right now, it's not like anyone ever checks up on them. Even if someone DID try and contact some of the references, I for one wouldn't remember any of those dealings. With the itrader you get the person's name, the date, a short feedback message, and a link to the original thread. It doesn't get much better than that...
Nah bro, most scammers here are elite hackers who can forge all those steps, and alter the memory of people on their itrader list. They are also experts in picture manipulation so as to make their faked pic of the equipment with their name on it appear 100% legit. We cant stop all these international men of mystery, so we shouldn't even try.

Other than you can leave feedback for anyone at anytime. So your friends can pump it to 10......and you could still be a lowlife. I check ref's now. It takes 5 mins to send quick pm's asking about the guy.

So this forum needs to invent a system to insure proper packaging and shipping?

The rules didnt give you a false sense of security, you did that all on your own. Wasn't it you earlier in this thread that suggested someone who sends their money to a stranger without checking them out is stupid? Even if it was outsideshot instead of you, I still feel it shouldn't need to go mentioned that no amount of rules will protect someone who is too naive to look out for themselves. Would you feel better if the mods posted a sticky at the top of the classifieds saying "these rules do not guarantee a legit transaction, do some research on your own, and always assume internet transactions are proceed-at-your-own-risk"...?

The transaction wasn't posted, because this isn't caco.
This sentence makes little or no sense. To me it just sounds like "I have absolutely no evidence of my claim". Let me rephrase my request.... post a link to the guy's for sale ad that you purchased from, and got scammed. And/or post a link to you telling the community here that this person scammed you. You know, post something, anything, other than simply saying "it happened".

Sure why not....and it should also state to get the guys name, where he lives, his cell number, and his home number.

Good thinking there Audio.....you are one smart cookie. You should be a forum mod.....

Yet more redirect to avoid the fact you have no link to post?

OK now you just can't read. I will go slow for you.

This ..........is.............not...........caco.............the..............transaction..................was...............not...............posted.

Is that easier to understand?

Nope. What does caco have to do with me asking you to post a link to the for sale ad, in this forum, under these rules, in which you got scammed? If your incoherent ramblings are to imply the transaction you are crying about was on caco, not here, then wtf does it have to do with the policies of THIS forum?

Even if the transaction was on caco, you could post a link. At this point, you have posted squat. Nada. Nunca. Zip. Zero. Zilch.
