stock does not count as a system, and you contribute nothing other than opinions that we could really do without. when you actually start building systems you will gain knowledge and can contribute. until then all you know is what you have read posted that may or may not be wrong

Members were/have been complaining that scamming is getting out of hand. The rules are merely the site management's attempt to keep scamming to a minimum. Are there ways around the rules? Sure. But a few rules aimed at weeding out the majority of scammers is a good thing. If anyone has a fail proof method of insuring legit deals in every circumstance, by all means, speak up. But if your idea is to simply have no rules because you dont want to buy a $10 cable or spend an extra few mins on your ad when selling, then 'basically no rules' has already been tried, and didnt work out so well.

The mods here have no legal responsibility to insure legit transactions. They added these rules, and spend their own personal time enforcing them, to help the members of this site. They gain nothing from their time spent, only the members do. That should be remembered.

I addressed that already. If you have a method for insuring no possible scamming situation, Im sure the staff here would love to hear it. Otherwise, you seem to be advocating no rules, which is simply not realistic. Sorry if the rules cause you some hardships, no system of rules is perfect. But again they are the an attempt to keep things as legit as possible.

They need to contact paypal. Paypal will only investigate claims with ebay. But as big as this site is and as much selling as we do through it they might could get a deal made witrh them to file complaints through them.

They have done a good job the few times I have got yanked aroud on ebay. always got my money back. i dont know if its possible but its an idea

My thing is I work away from home for 3 weeks at a time. So for me to post a current pic, that's not gonna happen. Besides, I could post a pic of a defective speaker/amp regardless if I was a scammer. So posting pics of said items is moot. Always has been.
Also I don't mind having my references named in my sig. What I don't care for is having a thread for people to muck up, and having to post the link in my sig. If people want to buy from me, contact the people in my sig, because as some people think...I am Canadian, and we have no friends, so my references are good.

If people are too lazy to ask a reference, then they don't need to buy my items. And if you guys need a picture to see that in fact I do have it....working or not...well. I could send a freaking empty box.

The pics are only needed if the two people doing the deal want them. For all the spectators who don't give two shiats, are not interested, but come in there for the pics....they are the ones you need to contain.

Well, you are entitled to your opinion. Much like your opinion that all the old mods that abused their powers should be brought back. You can sell somewhere else for all I care.

If you dont want to follow the rules, then dont sell here its simple as that.

Been reading your posts. You say you would have to buy a phone to post pics............................what is the pic in your ava? You say you sell on ebay? But you can't post pics, so you text pics to people on ebay? Your opinion is as important as anyone else's....................but be a little more realistic with your reasoning, we're not ALL stupid.
