so it turns out the zx25001 really isnt 1 ohm stable, so i have no use for it. its the 08 model with the tiniest tiniest 1/4 inch scratch on the front. works perfectly (just not at 1 ohm:laugh

Umm... it will run @ 1 ohm daily dude.

^^not true. You do need to have the proper electrical but some still won't do it and they weren't designed to run at 1 ohm anyway.

currently running a yellow top under the hood, and a kinetik 1400 in the trunk. having issues putting in the new alt at the moment.

but judging by how fast it shut off on me, it is NOT going to run at 1 ohm for me

Ye, you'll need way more then that for 2.5 kW...

I have never had a problem with anything under 750.1 running @ 1 ohm.

Did fry a 400.1 @ 1 ohm lol......
