WTB USA SPEC PA15-HON3 car ipod adapter

Hey guys im looking for someone who wants to sell their USA SPEC PA15-HON3 car ipod adapter, new or used. Im in an Acura TL 2006 non nav and getting an aftermarket headunit just isnt an option right now so this is my only choice for being able to play music through my iphone 5. I can also trade my iSimple ISHD 651 (barely used) for the USA SPEC PA15-HON3, they're worth about the same amount on amazon, or i can give cash with the trade if necessary.
