I've opened a dispute and thought id post what i sent to you on paypal, on here as well.

From paypal:

Oct. 18, 2006

Payment To Steve Tyler -$37.08 USD

Payment was sent on the 18th.

You messaged me on the 19th saying:

awesome ill send u a tracking number tommorow!

I waited on the 20th for a response or a tracking number.

After sending a couple messages to you, you finally messaged me on the 22nd:

hey sry i got on a work for a bit, i have it packed up and ready to be shiped itll be out tommorow morning.. Sorry i couldnt send it out this weekend i had to get a box and i worked all friday and saturday.

I was not bothered by this at all, i just asked for the tracking number when it got shipped tomorrow morning.

I sent you many more PMs and 9 days later you finally respond saying.

my internet is down so i havent been on here im sorry for the wait its being sent out tommorow when i get paid.

You clearly had been on when i checkced your status (you were on long enough to post in here to buy a nintendo) and you continued to ignore my PMs. So finally i asked for my money back after having to wait 17 days since i payed and no confirmation or tracking number of the package being sent.

I have been very patient and all i want is the DVDs or my money back. Ive sent countless messages to you, and although you've been on, you continue you to ignore me.

I'm filing this dispute after having to wait 24 days without so much as a tracking number. As you promised to send the UPS, theres no reason not to have one.

I don't know why you decided to scam me, you have so many refs; but i guess you decided it would be easier not to ship the product.

I might make a new thread for this later.
