efficiency isnt very good on either amp.but if i had a choice ,really dont like amps that dont give efficiency ratings cuz they usually are bad .

I've got a friend selling 2 SA-12's brand new only problem is they are Dual 2 ohms so .5 or 2ohm is your only configuration. I think he'll do $400 shipped for them boxes etc. included. Hes been running them off his Lanzar Opti2000d which is ALSO for sale he'll do both subs + amplifier for $500 + shipping amplifier is like new too.

jw why and how are they garbage?

Audiopipes give out very distorted signal and don't provide anywhere near rated unless you're giving them 14.4v constant and the Planet Audio isn't bad per say but you can do better for a little extra money, I agree with mylows10 get the DC 1.2K I'll sell you mine for $300 shipped brand new with box,knob,manual. It WILL give you a good 1600rms of clean power below 14.4v things are beasts.
