Got a local buddy who bought my old car and when he bought it I took the DC Level 4, Cadence Z1200, ID8D2V3's, and my XA5000 with me. Now hes looking for some subs to run.

Bad thing is he has nothing except for speakers and a HU. He needs the wiring kit, sub, amp, and an enclosure. He says his budget is $200-$250 tops. Hoping I can get him into something decent instead of the fleamarket Pep Boys blue light specials he was looking at.

what kind of amp? I still have that Clarion 4 channel. might make you a deal on it. Its about to come out of the car. Clarion APA4200G (macintosh/clarion not the standard Clarion)

got a JBL Power P1024 sub also. takes small space, makes big boom price is $90 shipped

Ok specs on the Clarion?

If you end up piecing the wiring kit together, I have a set of Knu Klarity 2 channel RCAs. Not sure exactly how long they are. It was a while since I got them (Knu doesn't seem to carry them anymore and they're not marked). I have them rolled up and zip-tied now, but can measure if you'd like. I can guarantee they reach from front to rear though. I had them in my Grand Am, and they reached from HU to trunk with plenty of length to spare. I had them run for a 2 channel I ended up not using so they were never actually use other then when I tested the amp out, so they're in very good condition. Not sure on price, but I'd just toss them in a flat rate envelope or something and sell for shipping plus a few bucks.

not sure where in mi you are but if he wants to drive to cleveland i'll build him a custom box for a few bucks and material. hell, i'll even let him do most of the work so he learns how to build his own in the future.

This kid thinks he needs a capacitor to run a 500wrms amp on a 105a alt. I tried to help him and picked out a Rubi 500.1 for him and he doesnt want it. Its to old looking for him. At that point I stopped trying to help him.

I dont think Im going to help this kid. I picked him out a near mint oldschool Rubi 500.1 and he said he doesnt want it because it looks to old. He also still thinks he needs a capacitor after I told him and gave him a bunch of info to read. You can only lead a horse to water, but you cant make him drink. Im done here.
