you must not have ran jl amps before... I don't know how much its underrated cuz i haven't tested this one, but I had it on a 600w rms jl10w6 and it HAMMERED!!!!!I know the 300/4 is actually 400w...

JL amps actually arnt at all underated in fact the only two ive seen clamped were jl/1000 and they didnt even make it to 1,000 rms not far off but still if im paying that kind of cash for a measly 1,000 watts it BETTER do it

my jl on the clamp did 92x4 thats a 300/4... and the JL 250/1 is louder and nicer than the AB hybrid vfl 1880 @2ohms... (on jl 10w6) and for 80 bucks i thought it was a hellva deal!!! lol
