I'd like to hire someone to deaden my doors on my silverado ,as I'm really short on time to DIY. I can buy the materials ( sound deadener showdown ) if you'd prefer. Must do quality work, and be in the Paris ,TX - Texarkana, TX - Mt Pleasant , Longview, TX area.

If interested shoot me a PM.

What year model is the truck, and is it a single cab or x-cab,or 4 door? 3 ways of utilizing/deadening a door to its fullest that I am aware of. Face side, backside and inner back side, and thickness. I drove around with my door panels off till I completed myself,in which is an option as well as knowing it meets your satisfaction/no short cuts so to speak.Cleaned doors with alcohol/prep/cleaned then applied with roller and a Heat gun to make certain to adhere properly. Number of doors and Year model of truck will help. The older the truck is, more brittle the plastic become to Crack/ split, and chip with normal panel removal tools,as well as the clips that have to be replaced once removed that are not reusable

It's a 2013 crew cab silverado. I want to do the front doors only,at this time.

I know the sound deadening process and did my last 2 trucks using products from Sounddeadenershowdown, but simply don't have that kind of time anymore. It's just simpler for me to pay someone to do it,who enjoys doing quality work, and who takes pride in their work,,,vs a disgruntled employee at a random audio store.

Id do it for you, but my time has become limited these days as well with work, and doesnt look to slow down anytime soon, in which is excellent to keep food on the table. Yet the time to prepare and eat it is a different animal... I know for sure that from 2006 up to the last chevy truck i did an install in (2011) had the doorclips that were not reusable at all. Just gave you my process of installing my doors in my truck,,floor firewalls and roof/entire cab,,and the doors in my CRV, yet, everyone has theyre own process of (Deadening the Doors), so that why I mentioned the 3 methods that I have been aware of over the years. Its a Time issue/ concern. One door with complete deadening can take an entire day,or two depending on how much time one has to work with the vehicle. As well as how many layers

I hear you loud and clear on the time issue. If you are in a town somewhat close to me,I could definitely spend a full day getting the fronts done. After the holidays obviously.

There is only Two places close to us that I would recommend that do quality work in the dallas/ north Tx area..#1 is Josephs Car Audio near Town East Mall in Mesquite(actually right across from Mesquite High School) that have been in business for a while and do some very excellent custom work, and great customer service work as well.Excellent..my #2 choice would be in Dallas of Hines and 35 called Bonnie and Clydes CB & Car Stereo, been around for years and do fantastic work as well.Last#3 is Jacks Car Audio in Waco, Tx. theyre work speaks for itself,as they have been around since 1988/89. Other than that, I do myself.
