im looking to purchase box plans for a 2005 Extended cab silverado. it is a half ton z71 (1500) non HD.

I would like a single 12" ported between 36-42 hz with speaker downfiring. Around 1 f^3 as i have not decided upon a particular speaker as of yet. Im sure it will be need around 1 cube.

Heres the two kickers....I want to retain my factory rear seat location and height.

Secondly, i want a place on the passenger side of the box to mount the amplifier.

If someone could offer quality plans, i am willing to pay via paypal.

Also, if someone is located in North Carolina, i may consider hiring someone to design and build said enclosure.

Anyone with any insight please feel free to post here, pm me, or email me directly at Adamv7010@gmail.com

Thank you in advanced.

Im having a hard time finding a ported one...

and i prefer the clean "custom fit" look of one built specifically for the truck

Not a big fan of Jl....however...im not following "what you mean" for some reason lol...

dont mean to be a dick...minds not functioning properly today for some reason

What part of NC are you in?

Also, the average 'good' 12 would need around 2 cubes ported.....1 cube isn't even enough for a sealed enclosure for good 12!

I have a 2004 extend cab, did one 10" up firing on the drivers side ported. It was about 1.25 cubes net. That was with the bottom fiberglassed to get the max volume. Goes 1/4 the way over the hump too. For a single 12 downfiring, leaving room for speaker extension, and port area you would need both sides to get the right volume if you want to leave it all stock. I upfired just to get a little more room. and with the little area you would get going over the hump to the other side I always wondered how that would affect the design. Its just about the same area as the required port area.

2 good beefy 10's will pound the hell out of your truck and you can fit the amps on the back wall behind the seat no problem. I even leave the seat down all the time, hardly even notice the difference. Even with someone sitting over the sub.
