i need a sealed box for my new 15" sub anyone here wanna build one for a reasonable price? i dont have the tools to do it myself and the reason i make money is to pay other to do stuff i dont want to do. im not looking to spend $200+ here, not even close, a simple sealed box isnt that hard to make if you know what your doing.
i would like to be kept up-to-date on the box progress with pics. i want something professional looking, not something i am gonna throw into my trunk and forget about
example:
i want a basic sealed box. rounded edges and a BLACK "rhino lining" type finish. obviously the inside mounted sub isnt happening, so i would like the front double baffled so the sub can be flush mounted with the front baffle curving in around the sub to meet it.
sub specs
15"
Fs: 22Hz
Qts: .46
Qms: 9
Qes: .48
Re: 2.9ohm
Bl: 16.75Tm
Z: 4ohm
Le: 3.3mH
Vas: 130L
Mms: 340g
Cms: .154mm/N
Sd: 771sqcm
Xmax: 23mm
Vd: 3.54L
the smaller, the better, i can use filler if needed. i am going for SQ, not SPL here, 15" cone with 23mm xmax is going to be plenty of loud for me. i would like the box to be a cube so if needed i can just add a few rubber and transfer it to home theater duties later on
anyone here think they are up for this LMK and i can give exact dimensions of the sub for cut outs
thanks
