Message: <blockquote data-quote="americannight" data-source="post: 6928971" data-attributes="member: 624648"><p>A few reasons.  One is that I had a really nice 2300i in my system about 15 years ago.  I loved that amp and it was stolen from me.  I've missed it ever since.  So part of this is nostalgia/sentimental.  Secondly, they're really good amps.  Thirdly, I have this vision for my system with two of these large Rodek beasts sitting in my trunk in a nice amp rack which I can picture in my mind and I'm going to have the heat sinks on these amps chromed and will look super cool as the neon reflects off of them.  If you want to part with that blown 2300i, I'm good with electronics so can probably source and replace the blown FETs.  Let me know.  Peace.</p></blockquote><p></p>
