wtb really cheap preamp LPF

looking for something cheap for sub lpf duty. even a legacy or whatever will work. cheaper the better. trying to avoid shelling out $30 for a harrison labs rca in line passive. it will be for a pioneer 12 off 300w, so 70hz/80hz cutoff would be ideal. at least 12db slope, 18db slope would be awesome.
