WTB "smart" battery charger

As title states, im interested in buying some sort of smart battery charger if any of you guys have anything available. Really like the kinetik one and the xs power one but ill try to be open to other suggestions. As for price, i want to keep it under $100 since the one i like on ebay is going for $100 new, so please be reasonable if you have something to offer. Thanks and hope you guys can help me out.

what do you consider "smart"

cause i have one that has a computer in it that tells me battery life persentage

Not really sure what yours is capable of, but im basically looking for something along the lines and price of this: KINETIK KIBC12-35. Just want something that can charge my shuriken bt 120 batts. Thanks and let me know if you can help out.
