WTB: Polk Momo 12'

I am trying to build a system here's what I'm looking for.

As far as a head unit, I need one with the following features:

1. front/rear/sub preouts

2. high/low pass on all three outs

3. seven band eq(must be able to adjsut sound to finest detail)

4. Would like to run a dvd screen/player, so I guess I need to be able to control that sound from the hu also

Kenwood KFC-6960ie 6x9s (Back Deck) or something comparable

Polk/MOMO MMC460

4"x6" 2-way plate speakers

or something comparable

Either 2 kicker comps in a sealed box(of course the right size, or one kicker compvr in a sealed enclosure.

would Also take a pair of Polk Momo 12s in an enclosure
