Check out the sub in my sig. It's a 12, but it works well in small boxes and 500 watts would be perfect.

I have a Diamond Tdx in either a dual 4 or dual 2 ohm configuration. Recommended enclosure is around .65 cubes sealed and they are rated for 500 watts but will easily take more. Both are in mint condition and have seen very little use.
